Clean the pork and set it aside.
Mix all the remaining ingredients and spread on the pork.
Set the pork aside and allow to marinate for 1 hour.
Gently place the pork on a medium heat barbeque.
Turn only twice (10min intervals) with tongs.
Remove the pork from the fire and let the meat rest for 15min before cutting.
Pour the pork juices from the chopping board over the cut slices.
Serve with a hot potato and pea mash
