Get your fire started.
Take the steaks out of the fridge and bring to room temperature.
Season the steaks by rubbing them with salt, pepper and oil.
Place the steaks over the hot grill, you will immediately hear a sizzling sound.
Grill each side for 6min and turn using a pair of tongs, make sure that each side has a perfectly browned crust before turning. Please do not stab with a fork as all the juices will run out.
Place the meat on a plate and rest it for 6 min, this allows the juices to settle and the meat will be tender when cutting.
Serve with a salad.
