Switch on the oven to 180 degrees.
Wash and cut the sweet potato into cubes.
In a small pot, boil the potatoes cubes for 20 min, set aside to cool.
Clean and separate the broccoli florets, boil them for 4min and immediately place them in cold water to cool.
Season the pork chops with salt, pepper and oregano, panfry in hot oil about 8 min each side turn using tongs. Transfer to a hot oven for about 10 to 12 min and set aside to cool.
To plate, combine the broccoli and sweet potato. Drizzle the juices from the meat over the vegetables, this seasons them well.
Place the pork chops on top of the vegetables and enjoy!
