Place the beef & pork mince in a bowl.
Mix in the egg, breadcrumbs, thyme, oregano, mint, grated onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, salt and pepper; mix well, cover and set aside for 30min to marinate.
Roll out the pastry sheets, dusting with flour so that they do not stick to the surface.
Set the oven to 180 degrees.
To make the meatballs, apportion using a tablespoon, then brown in a pan. Allow to cool for 2 min
Grate the carrot and put about a teaspoon in the center of the pastry square, then position the meatball on top of the carrot.
Cover the meatballs with pastry by joining the pastry corners and then place on a baking tray.
Brush each ball with milk and bake for 20min or until the pastry turns golden brown.
leave for 5 to 10min to cool before serving.
